There are two types of recipes:

  • Recipes that change or add taste to the Newdiet protein meals (recipes from the 1st, 2nd and 3d phase). They are cooked with Newdiet protein meals that you can find in the e-shop and are cooked according to the instructions indicated on the packages with a twist.
  • Recipes cooked without Newdiet protein meals that you can eat like a main course during your weight-loss process or as a snack (it’s written on each recipe).
